Firmly Connect

Firmly Connect is Firmly’s merchant control panel — the dashboard at merchant.firmly.ai where a merchant signs up, walks through onboarding, and then runs their store on Firmly’s network of AI shopping agents, publishers, and marketplaces. It’s the surface that lets merchants become agentic-commerce-ready without writing code: connect the store once on Firmly Connect, and distribute to every channel Firmly supports without a separate integration per destination.

​​ What Firmly Connect does

For a merchant, Firmly Connect covers everything from “I have a store and I want my products reachable inside AI shopping” through to operating that distribution day-to-day:

​​ Two entry points

Onboarding wizard The 7-step sequence that takes a new merchant from account creation to “live on the Firmly network.” Most steps are simple forms, radio buttons, and toggles — only one (CDN whitelisting) involves any technical work, and for most merchants Firmly determines it isn’t needed and skips it automatically. Merchant Portal The daily-use side of Firmly Connect — live dashboard, orders, audit logs, team management, and per-feature settings.

​​ What’s distinctive about this product

  • Merchant-of-record stays with the merchant. Firmly never becomes the seller. Orders land in the merchant’s native order management system as if a customer placed them directly.
  • One connection, every destination. Connect the store once on Firmly Connect; from there Firmly handles the integration with every destination the merchant opts into (AI shopping agents, marketplaces, publishers, social).
  • Little or no engineering effort to deploy for most stores. Most onboarding is simple forms, radio buttons, and toggles — not code. Firmly handles the platform integration on its side, across all industry-standard commerce platforms and custom platforms.
  • Per-domain SSO and identity management. Owners can register multiple storefront domains, enforce SSO per-domain, and bind any verified domain to any Identity Provider cataloged on the dashboard.

​​ Firmly Connect and the destination side

Firmly Connect is the merchant-side counterpart to the destinations on Firmly’s network. Destinations (AI chat products, wallets, banks, publishers, etc.) integrate with Firmly’s APIs to reach merchants. Merchants use Firmly Connect to make their store reachable. See Destinations for the other side.
