Audit logs

The merchant’s record of who did what on the dashboard — team membership changes, destination toggles, configuration updates, signatures, onboarding milestones. It exists for compliance and for answering “who turned this on?” questions without paging through chat history.

Access is restricted to Owners, the Primary Owner, and Firmly admins (see Role gating below).

 Event feed structure

Tabular event feed, ordered newest-first. Each row has four columns:

Column What it shows
Event Color-coded badge by category
Description Short human-readable summary
By The actor’s email
When Relative timestamp (e.g. “16m ago”, “1h ago”)

 Event categories

The badges are typed; the icon and color reflect the category. Registered event types:

Category Event types
Team team_member_invited, invite_accepted, invite_cancelled, member_removed, role_changed, ownership_transferred
Configuration settings_updated, catalog_configured, destinations_configured, domain_added, domain_verified, domain_removed, sso_configured, ucp_verified
Destinations destination_enabled, destination_disabled
Integration / Lifecycle integration_completed, integration_reset, kyb_submitted, agreement_signed, cdn_whitelisting_completed, go_live_submitted

 Firmly-admin actions are attributable

When the actor is a Firmly admin acting on the merchant’s behalf, the row is marked as such — so the merchant can tell the difference between their own team’s actions and Firmly’s.

  • 25 events per page by default
  • Previous / next navigation
  • Total count

There’s no full-text search or date filter on this surface — for incident investigation the merchant pages through the feed. If you need deeper analysis or an export the portal doesn’t offer today, ask your Firmly contact.

 Role gating

Only Owners, the Primary Owner, and Firmly admins see the Audit Logs entry in the sidebar. Editors and Viewers don’t see the link, and the server-side guard rejects direct navigation as well.
